Meet the Director

George Oliver was born and raised in Tucson, AZ. He likes anime, David Lynch, and firmly believes that the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie from 1990 is a masterpiece. He went to film school twice - first at the University of Arizona, then again at The London Film School. Like you, he also questions the intelligence of that decision. He is currently pretending to have a feature in development.

Meet the Writer

Mattan Hamou writes romance because it’s easier than improving his love life. In a shocking turn of events, he has become a two-time recipient of the prestigious Alfred P. Sloan Foundation Screenwriting Award for his work on Rosa’s War, a romance, and Copycats, a drama.

Rosa’s War is cycling through festivals, and against all odds placed in the second round of the Austin Film Festival, while Copycats is currently undergoing revisions with extremely patient science advisors.

Mattan is currently under contract to draft a TV series for a Korean production company aiming to adapt Korean webcomics to an American audience, which is a dream come true.

In 2015, Mattan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology from UC Davis, a degree his parents were proud to endorse. In 2022, Mattan graduated with a Masters in Fine Arts from the Department of Dramatic Writing at NYU Tisch. No comment from Mattan’s parents at this time.
